| We log all calls we make whether they are successful or not, black spots are identified by have a cluster of failed calls |

Failed call(s) is when a call is not started or finished properly, this can due to:
- Very low PESQ score (no speech path)
- Calls cannot be made (lack of coverage)
- Calls not received (lack of coverage)
- Calls ended prematurely (disconnected)
